How does the ordering process work?
Our tickets are easy to request or order via our website. If you request a quote, we will come back within 48 hours with a no-obligation offer!
If you order a package and/or tickets for a match online, you will receive confirmation immediately and the booking is final.
How are the tickets delivered?
In most cases, the tickets will be sent digitally 1 to 3 days in advance as e-tickets or mobile tickets.
However, it is possible that there are physical tickets. In this case, the following options may apply:
– The tickets will be sent to you by registered mail and will be in your possession no later than 3 days before the match
– The tickets must be collected from the ticket office of the club in question
– The tickets will be delivered to your hotel
